Just been notified of a user passing off my work as his on his website and other online adds. If you are on my watch list (ie if you can read this!) please check the following links to see if your work is also being used, as it looks like a lot of DA work has been ripped off.

I've just been notified of a user advertising his design services, he is showing my India Red menu as his own work, and lots of other users from DA.

This is shown on a web site advertising his services at:

[link] (it's all in german but basically advertises his ';personal' design services. [link] it for translations.

I am currently starting legal action against him (handy having a gf who's a solicitor!!) and I STRONGLY suggest everyone reading this to check for your own work on there too.

If anyone elses work is on please notify me and I will follow it up.

Some people are such unts!!

Time to water mark everything from now on then.

Couldn't find any of my work on there, but Demen1's Blackout poster is on there, and that kinda pisses me off since that's a superior piece of art.
I'm going to alarm Demen1 about it now. Peace man, and thanks for posting this.

nice one man, I tried to search for all the work on there but had no luck. One polish guy I've notified who's work is on there, but I think everyone involved has to email him themselves threatening legal action, as I've threatened it if he still doesn't remove his but no responce yet.

Thanks for letting him know, I appreciate the help.

DA are a bunch of asses though, they won't do shit about removing his account. So I may be going elsewhere when my subscription expires, f*ck paying for an account to a company who doesn't care about their customers.

All I can say is watermark EVERYTHING!!!!!

yeah well.. In the long run he can't really get much from stealing other peoples work. And I actually think DA want to remove him, but they just can't.
If he's not breaking any rules here on DA, what are they suppose to do u know? I get ur point though.
