I'm moving into my own place next month so expect a shit load more work... might actually get onto finishing my own site and doing some personal work for nearly more than a year. Shocking!

Hi all, I'm in a bit of confusion about my portfolio site AGAIN! Left it too long since I worked on it, and after coming back to it I'm not sure if it's too dark and grimey.

I would REALLY appreciate it if any of you people could have a quick gander and drop a few lines of feedback, as I'm not sure how to progress, or if I'm just doing the usual thing of coming back to my work and wanting to make it better. I always do this on my own stuff it drives me mad. So would really like some feedback before finishing it, or scrapping and starting again. I really value your opinions. Thanks

On a roll

Working my ass off on the new Impakt Studios site... and have to say it's looking mighty fine for once. Finally had an idea and running with it for once in my life instead of constantly faffing and tweaking. Just the flash to sort then we be away!!

Big big updates coming soon as it all gets finalised and my whole account will get a complete re-do and refurb. No more fecking about... it's all business baby!

For fecks sake!!!

I've just been notified AGAIN of someone else trying to rip off mine, and other DA members work.

I received an email the other day from someone asking if I could do a business card design for them based on one of my old PFD cards... for £7. I responded that I would be happy to help out, however not for £7.

All work I do I do properly, I declare everything and pay tax, so no I wouldn't be able to do a business card design and get it artworked for essential £4, £2 an hour.

Since then I post has been up on gfxartists with him asking for a card design to be done "99%" the same as this, just with his logo.

This is the second time this shit has happened in a month, and I a now SERIOUSLY considering leaving DA as I'm sick of little *unts like this ripping people off.

INSPIRATION is a good thing, people get inspired by everything around them, by little details in peoples work that spark off IDEAS. That's one of the points in DA for me. INSPIRATION.... not plain straight out ripping the f*ck out of peoples work.

Some people make me sick... good job he's not in the uk or I would seriously f*ck the fella up... I#m getting bored of this bullsh*t.
